As a Sales Director, the candidate shall be responsible for managing a sales force selling a portfolio of real estate projects. This position is an exciting, ground floor opportunity for someone to lead a sales group to great heights of revenue achievement.
Skills
The candidate should have the following credentials (but not limited to):
- Manage towards a goal of yielding significant revenue growth
- Strategically focus sales team
- To be a coach and mentor that can help sales executives achieve success
- Five plus years experience as a successful sales manager in a similar environment
- Previous experience managing a minimum of 3 headcount
Education
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree a PLUS |
