Recruitment Manager

Educational Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent from a recognized reputable institute or university.

Professional Experience:
Minimum of 7 years experience within a similar role within the UAE of which minimum 2 years must be in managerial capacity. Western educated candidates preferred.

Incumbent must hold a background in recruitment from a professional industry preferably with Healthcare experience which includes high volume recruitment and should have full knowledge and exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. As a Recruitment Manager you will work closely with the Director Human Resources, Recruitment team and the HR team for entire recruitment functions. Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in the recruitment with a focus on recruitment and retention is essential. The person will mainly focus on local and international recruitment and study the current organizational structure, traditional recruitment strategies and methods develop a recruitment process and then implement new recruitment initiatives. In addition to the above, the incumbent will also oversee all recruitment administration and recommend cost effective methods and raising competency levels of personnel.

Skills
Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint presentation and Internet applications essential.
