We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer in the post of Project Manager. With minimum 20 years relevant construction experience and proven track record. Main responsibilities include:

• To execute huge Construction Projects on fast track basis to very high quality requirements.
• To be able to administer and organize a large work force and major sub contractors.
• Ensure delivery on-time, within budget, and to full customer satisfaction

Skills
The following are mandatory:

• Relevant experience in construction and project management
• Ability to handle multiple projects, simultaneously.
• Demonstrable ability to independently deal with top class consultants, clients and specialist subcontractors.
• Knowledge of utilizing project management software.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Thorough knowledge of fast track projects, cost control.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to motivate subordinates.

Education
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
