HR administrative assistant
Performing a variety of HR functions you will be responsible for the following; organizing administration of employee benefits, supporting throughout the recruitment process, coordinating and booking of training events, supporting the HR function with general clerical duties and keeping all personnel and training records up-to-date.
A strong administration background is imperative to succeed and an understanding of HR would be an advantage although not essential. Excellent MS Office skills are required along with a mature and flexible approach, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Experience within a similar demanding environment would also be beneficial.
Administrative Assistant
An extremely strong and dedicated team player is required for an interesting and diverse role as an Administration Assistant in our organization.
The ideal candidate will be required to perform duties within the following key areas of responsibility; filing, creating databases, mail merges and ensuring invites are sent to the correct reciprocates on time. Further duties include organizing paper work and following up on any requirements from higher management.
The main requirements to succeed include a good administration background with excellent computer skills in all MS Office packages. The ability to multitask is also important, along with good organizational skills and fluency in English.
